Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through the member portal members.travolata.ch and to attendance at Travolata events held by Trafo Baden Betriebs AG, Brown Boveri Platz 1, 5400 Baden.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract comes into effect once we confirm your order. You will then receive a confirmation by email along with your electronic ticket.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Payment is made online through our payment provider Stripe (credit and debit cards, TWINT). Voucher codes and member discounts are applied at checkout.
4. Travolata Club membership
Membership is free and without obligation. On registering you automatically become a Bronze member. Points are credited for your own attendance and for successful referrals, and they determine your level. Points are not a currency, have no monetary value and can neither be paid out nor transferred. The member discount applies to a maximum of two tickets per person and event. You may end your membership at any time without giving reasons.
5. Cancellation by you
You may cancel your ticket free of charge up to 7 days before the event. You can choose between a full refund of the ticket price and transferring it to another Travolata event. After this deadline a refund is no longer possible. You may however pass your ticket on to someone else; please let us know the name of the person attending in advance so we can adjust the seating plan and inform the kitchen. For cancellations, please contact events@trafobaden.ch.
6. Cancellation or postponement by us
If we have to cancel or postpone an event, we will inform you immediately. You may choose between a voucher for the amount paid and a full refund. No further claims exist, in particular for travel or accommodation costs.
7. Changes to the programme
We reserve the right to adjust the menu, wine pairing, music or participating people for good reason. Such changes do not entitle you to cancel, provided the character of the event is preserved.
8. Vouchers
Vouchers have no expiry date and are transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash. With value vouchers, any unused balance remains available for later use. We cannot replace lost or stolen voucher codes; please treat them like cash.
9. Intolerances and allergies
Please tell us about any intolerances or allergies when you register. We pass this information on to the kitchen and take it into account wherever possible. We cannot guarantee entirely allergen-free preparation in our kitchen.
10. How the evening works
We dine at long tables made up of tables of six. Seating at individual tables is not possible. We take seating requests into account where we can, but there is no entitlement to a particular arrangement. Admission is by the QR code on your ticket.
11. Photography and filming
Photographs and video are taken at our events and used in our communication about Travolata. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell us on the evening; we will take this into account where possible and will remove already published material on request.
12. House rules
The house rules of the Trafo Baden Convention Centre apply. We reserve the right to exclude guests from an event in case of serious disruption; no refund is due in such cases.
13. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for cloakroom items or personal belongings.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published on members.travolata.ch at the time of your order applies.
16. Governing law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Baden, Canton of Aargau, unless mandatory legal provisions specify otherwise.
